The initial consultation enables us to understand the scope, design and aesthetics of your project and also the budget you’ve got in mind. We will follow this up with an initial design proposal detailing your requirements and our recommendations along with a proposed timeline and outline project costs as required. Upon agreeing the terms of appointment, we will commence with the project.
Our design team will at this stage conduct a measured site survey, assuming CAD plans are not readily available. We will produce 2D scaled drawings of your property’s existing plans and elevations, from which we will commence with initial design discussions. Taking into consideration your lifestyle, as well as your design ambitions and aesthetic requirements, we will create a brief that reflects precisely what you desire and how we can achieve this together.
In this stage we will begin implementing the design brief in the form of concept designs which will comprise of drawings, samples and mood boards for all furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E). Once all concepts have been agreed we can start incorporating them in a final design and quotation.
We transform our final designs into highly detailed drawings and specifications, along with a schedule or works, lighting and electrical layouts and FF&E schedules, and provide you with the all-inclusive project quotation, as well as a list of the subcontractors we suggest using on the project for your approval.
We will appoint a designated project manager and a project designed who will be with you every step of the way to ensure a flawless experience and complete satisfaction. Throughout the manufacturing phase we encourage regular visits in our state of the art manufacturing facility, where you will be able to see in real life production your bespoke high end interiors being transformed from idea into reality. We will be providing you with constant updates in a form of e-mails, conversations and photographs along the way. Last but not least, during the installation phase we will do daily visits to site to monitor the progress. Upon reaching the end of the project, we will attend the site and compile a Schedule of Defects which will be passed onto our Site Foreman to rectify prior to practical completion. Another survey after repairs have been completed sees the project closed upon your sign off and the property handed over for occupation.
That’s the phase you were looking forward to, and we were working hard to achieve on time, within budget and most importantly with very little hassle for you!
After 6 months, we will call to organise a convenient for you meeting and see if there were any annoying little things you wanted us to look at or to change, to make your property space exactly like you would like it to be.
